Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. box addresses:
We ship to P.O boxes and addresses within Australia using Direct Freight Express. Sorry we do not currently ship to the Northern Territory.
Shipment confirmation & order tracking:
Once your order has shipped, the tracking number will be active within 24 hours and it is forwarded upon request.
Terms and Conditions:
No Grainer shall have no liability whatsoever for shipping issues that arise from information you enter that is incorrect or inaccurate. Nor from issues that arise where a delivery address given is inaccessible to Australia Post or a courier company.
